We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with a great central location that made exploring the city easy. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and having an Irish bar right next door was a bonus for meals and relaxation. However, we found the dining options for breakfast were quite limited and pricey. Overall, it was a good value considering the amenities and service we received.

Rooms

The rooms were spacious and decorated nicely, including a side room for the kids and a clean ensuite bathroom.

The staff were very helpful and attentive, providing us with great local tips and assisting with our late check-in.
Location
9.0
The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore Ghent on foot, with public transport nearby and a private parking option.
Dining

Breakfast offerings were quite basic and not really worth the cost, so I recommend seeking out local bakeries for a better meal.

The hotel had good facilities, including a cozy Irish bar attached that served hearty meals.

8.6/10

The hotel offers a beautifully designed space with spacious rooms that are both clean and modern. The staff is attentive and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The location is superb, with easy access to local attractions and a fantastic pub right next door. However, the breakfast could use improvement, as it didn’t quite meet expectations for the price.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms were spacious, spotless, and modern, making them feel like a small home. The bathroom was particularly impressive with a great shower.
Service

The reception staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to provide personalized service, even marking out the best tourist spots on a map for us.
Location
10.0
The hotel is ideally located very close to major attractions, making it easy to explore the city, and it's next door to a lively Irish pub with delicious food.
Dining
6.0
While the hotel breakfast left something to be desired and could be better, the nearby pub offered great food and value for money.

6.4/10

The hotel is charming and located close to the historic center of Ghent, which makes it easy to explore the city. The rooms are tastefully decorated and fairly comfortable, though they can be on the smaller side and noisy at times due to thin walls. Service was friendly but had a few hiccups, particularly with room amenities. Overall, I found it to be a decent place for the price, just be prepared for some disturbances at night.

Rooms
6.0
The room was nicely decorated, featuring a high ceiling, a comfortable queen size bed, and a spacious bathroom with a waterfall shower. However, the room was quite small and the noise from the street and other guests was audible.
Service
7.0
The staff was generally friendly and accommodating, though there were some delays with room service that could be improved.
Location
8.0
The location is very close to the historic center, making it convenient for sightseeing and accessing various eateries, but street noise can be an issue at night.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast wasn't included and I found the warm buffet-style options not very appealing, though there are plenty of nearby places to eat.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were pleasant with unique decor, though I did wish there was an elevator, especially considering the steep flights of stairs.

7.0/10

The hotel has a strikingly unique charm, with spacious rooms that create a luxurious feel, but the exterior definitely needs some attention. The location is perfect for exploring the city, although the dining experience leaves much to be desired. Overall, it's a good value given its proximity to attractions, but some improvements would enhance the experience.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were big and airy, featuring high ceilings and large windows. I particularly loved the fancy bathroom with a rain shower, and the large, soft bed made for a comfortable stay. However, it was way hotter in the room than outside, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times.
Service
7.0
Service was friendly and the staff were helpful, especially when it came to providing insights about the area. However, being connected to the Irish pub next door meant that the dining service wasn’t tailored to hotel guests.
Location
9.0
The location was excellent, just a short walk into the city center and close to all major attractions. This made exploring the area very convenient and enjoyable.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a bit of a disappointment, as the options were limited and not very appealing. The complimentary bread was nice, but the menu lacked variety and creativity.
Facilities
6.0
The building itself has a lot of character, which is a significant plus, but it seems to need some modernization. The overall facilities didn’t feel as updated as one might hope.

I had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel that left quite an impression. The room was lovely and clean, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. However, the dining experience for breakfast was not very satisfying compared to the overall quality. The location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and an inviting atmosphere throughout.

Rooms

The room was clean and well-arranged, featuring comfy beds and a spotless bathroom.
Service
10.0
The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, making our stay even better.
Location
10.0
The location was excellent, being a short walk to the town center and close to plenty of dining options and attractions.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was a bit of a letdown with limited choices and high prices, so I recommend searching for nearby options instead.

The hotel offers secure parking and a cozy Irish pub attached, which was a nice touch.
